Privacy policy
Agent Park is made by Spinabot Inc, a Delaware company ("we"). This policy says what we collect when you use Agent Park, what we do with it, where it lives, how long we keep it, and what you can ask of us. It is written for the people who sign up and for the IT teams who check it.
1. What Agent Park is
Agent Park gives a company a workspace where people and AI agents work together. A workspace can connect the apps the company already uses (for example a messaging tool, a code host, a wiki, a document drive, an issue tracker) as data sources, so the workspace's "company brain" keeps what those apps hold and the agents can answer from it. A person can also connect their own account on such an app, so their agents can use it as them. Plugins for coding tools let a person's own tools use the same memory.
2. What we collect
- Account: your name, email address, and the sign-in codes we send to that address. We do not store a password; sign-in is by email code or a device confirmation.
- Workspace content: the messages, files, agent conversations, agent instructions and settings that people in a workspace create in Agent Park.
- Data-source content: when a workspace owner connects an app as a data source and chooses what to read (for example particular channels, repositories, folders, projects or spaces), we read that content and keep a copy in the company brain, together with the app's own record of who may see each item.
- Your own account's use: when you connect your own account on an app, your agents use it through your own sign-in, at the moment you ask, with your permissions. Searches made this way are answered from the app and are not kept.
- Plugin use: when you connect a coding tool through a plugin, we record which device connected, when it was last used, and counts of what the plugin recalled and saved, so you can see what the memory did for you. We do not keep your editor's files.
- Technical records: server logs with timestamps, IP addresses and request paths, kept to run and secure the service.
3. Why we use it
To provide the service: to sign you in, to run your agents, to keep and search your workspace's brain, to read the data sources an owner connected, to show usage, and to send the emails the service needs (sign-in codes, invitations, notices about your account). To keep the service secure and to find and fix problems. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your content to train AI models.
4. Who can see what
Content in a workspace is visible only to the members of that workspace, and data-source content follows the connected app's own permissions: a person sees only what that app lets them see. Nothing from one company's workspace is ever used for or shown to another company. Our staff access customer content only to operate the service, fix a reported problem, or when the law requires it, and that access is logged.
5. Where it is kept
Agent Park runs on cloud infrastructure operated by providers under contract with us.
6. How long we keep it
- Workspace content: for as long as the workspace exists.
- Data-source content: for as long as the data source stays connected. If an owner stops reading part of a source (for example unticks a channel), nothing new is read from it; what was already read stays until the source is disconnected. When a source is disconnected, its content is withdrawn from the company brain.
- Your own account's connection: until you disconnect it in Agent Park or revoke it in the app.
- Account data: until you delete your account or the workspace is deleted.
- Backups and logs: for a limited period after deletion, then removed.
7. Companies that process data for us
We use a small number of providers to run Agent Park: cloud hosting and file storage, a hosted database, a service that holds the sign-in tokens for the apps you connect and makes calls to those apps on our behalf, AI model providers that run the agents' models on the text they are given, and an email delivery service for sign-in codes and notices. Each processes data only to provide its service to us, under a contract that limits it to that.
8. Security
Data moves over encrypted connections and is encrypted where it is stored. Access inside the service is limited by role and by workspace, and the database enforces per-workspace separation on every query. Messages from connected apps are accepted only with a valid signature. Secrets such as tokens are kept in a managed secret store, never in code. We will tell affected customers without undue delay if we learn of a breach involving their data.
9. Your choices and rights
You can see and change your account details in Settings. You can delete your account at any time in Settings; our account deletion page says how, what is deleted and what stays. A workspace owner can disconnect any data source, and anyone can disconnect their own account on an app, at any time. You can ask us for a copy of your personal data or ask us to delete it by writing to the address below; we answer within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK, you have the rights given by data-protection law, and you may complain to your supervisory authority.
10. Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to protect the service. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
11. Children
Agent Park is for businesses and is not directed at children under 16.
12. Changes
When this policy changes, we update the date at the top and, for material changes, tell workspace owners by email.
