1. The service

Agent Park is a workspace where people and AI agents work together, with a company brain that keeps what the workspace's connected apps hold, and plugins that give a person's coding tools the same memory. The service is in early access: features change, and some are offered before they are complete. We say so on the page where that is the case.

2. Accounts and workspaces

You must give accurate details and keep your sign-in private. A workspace is created by an owner, who can invite members, connect data sources and settle what the workspace's agents may do. The owner is responsible for the people they invite and for the apps they connect. You must be at least 16 and able to enter a contract on behalf of your company.

3. Your content

What you and your workspace put into Agent Park, and what we read from the apps you connect, is yours. You give us the permission we need to store, process, search and display it in order to provide the service to your workspace, and no more. We do not use your content to train AI models, and we do not share it with other customers.

4. Connected apps

When an owner connects an app as a data source, or a person connects their own account, you confirm that you are allowed to let us read that content under that app's terms and your company's rules. Where an app requires the company's own application for such access (for example a messaging tool that only allows a company's own app to keep its messages), that application is the company's; you create it from our setup text, you own it, and you can revoke it at any time. We read only what you choose, and we follow the app's own permissions for who may see what.

5. Agents

Agents act on your instructions and within the permissions you give them. You are responsible for what you ask them to do, and for checking their work before you rely on it. Agents can make mistakes; do not use their output as the only basis for decisions that matter without checking it.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use Agent Park to break the law, to infringe others' rights, to send spam, to attack other systems, to put in content you have no right to use, or to try to reverse-engineer, scrape or resell the service. We may suspend an account that does.

7. Plugins and coding tools

Plugins run in your own tools on your own computer. They send what they recall and save to your workspace's memory and record counts of that use so you can see it. You install and remove them yourself.

8. Fees

Agent Park is free during early access. If we introduce fees, we will say so in advance, and continued use after the change means you accept the published fees.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted operation. We may change or withdraw features; where a change removes something you rely on, we tell workspace owners in advance where we reasonably can.

10. Ending the agreement

You can delete your account or workspace at any time in Settings; deletion follows the privacy policy's retention rules. We may end or suspend the service for an account that breaks these terms, with notice where the situation allows.

11. Disclaimer and limits

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties, and our total liability to you for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars if you paid nothing. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, and its courts, except where the law of your country gives you rights that cannot be waived.

13. Changes to these terms

We update the date at the top when these terms change and tell workspace owners by email about material changes.
